Binding Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”) governs your use of the site www.liquidtrustinvestment.com and its subdomains (the “Site” and each a “Site”). The Terms are an agreement between you and Liquid Trust Investment. By accessing the Site as an unregistered user, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Site.

Changes to these Terms

Liquid Trust Investment may, in its sole discretion, amend these Terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of a Site following posted notice of such changes will mean you accept any such modification. Representations and Indemnification

Testimonials You acknowledge and agree that all testimonials submitted to Liquid Trust Investment will become and remain our exclusive property, even if the provisions of these Terms of Use are later modified or terminated.

Entire Agreement

Severability

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Palmetto Bay, United States, without giving effect to its rules respecting the conflicts of laws.

This contract is deemed made and is fully performable in USA, Palmetto Bay, United States. Any litigation between the parties may be brought only in the state or federal courts having subject matter jurisdiction in USA, Palmetto Bay, United States. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction of any such court and waive any defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action or proceeding in any such court, objection to venue with respect to any such action or proceeding, and objection to jurisdiction based on your place of residence or domicile.
